Looking for your next home or investment property can be a laborious task.

Scrolling through endless amounts of unimaginative property descriptions and listings can be the ‘nature of the beast’ but more often than not, it can be difficult to differentiate one property from another.
With time being such a valuable commodity, many portals now allow the use of generic and universal property descriptions, but let’s face it, banal and uninspiring property details are not going to create the level of interest your property deserves.

The Power of Words

If you can get a little bit creative, you will be much more likely to attract the attention of many more potential buyers.
Always open with an exciting and relatable headline and include inspiring lifestyle descriptions with exciting words…

‘Wonderful woodland walks on your doorstep’
‘Delightful period property with planning permission to modernise’
‘Lively central location, filled with stylish cafes, restaurants and bars’
“A stone’s throw from the local park’
“Within walking distance of the historic High Street of beautiful shops’
“A glorious garden with planning permission and plenty of space to build another small home’
‘Open plan living, perfect for your family’
‘Investment property with refurbishment that will pay you rewarding dividends’
‘An exciting redevelopment project for a budding property developer’
‘Off plan, property investments’

Make sure you tell the potential buyer what they want to know, including unique points that they may find interesting and helpful, for example, the proximity to services, schools, medical facilities, transport connections, are all examples of helpful information. Historic facts are also popular including the period of your home.

You could even add in a well written lifestyle interview and give an exciting insight into what is so great about living in this property.

That’s a Wrap

Team your super slick description with some great photography and sell your home in a flash.
